Who qualifies for a loan with Newcomer Auto Loans?
Our program is tailored for newcomers, including those with a Class 7 license, brand new drivers, temporary workers with at least 90 days left on their work visa, and seasonal workers.

Credit and Approval

Can I get approved if I have no credit history or poor credit?
Yes! We work with lenders who specialize in helping newcomers, so you can get approved even without a credit history or if your credit is less than perfect.

What are the minimum requirements to get approved?
You need to have a job that pays over $1,800 a month, a Class 7 Learners or New driver’s license, and a temporary work permit with at least 90 days left. Even first-day-on-the-job approvals are possible!

Financing and Payment

What is the 12-month loyalty program?
After making 12 months of on-time payments, you'll receive a certificate that can significantly lower your interest rates. This also opens up opportunities for refinancing or trading in your vehicle, ultimately saving you money.

Can I refinance my loan or trade in my vehicle after 12 months?
Yes! Our 12-month loyalty program allows you to refinance or trade in your vehicle after one year of positive payment history.

Vehicle Selection and Purchase

How do I know the vehicle I’m purchasing is reliable?
Every vehicle comes with a clean title, a full CarFax report, and a comprehensive 180-point inspection to ensure quality and reliability.

Do your vehicles come with warranties?
Yes, all of our loans are built with a warranty to protect your vehicle and offer peace of mind. 

Delivery and Shipping

Do you offer vehicle delivery to my location?
Yes! We offer door-to-door delivery across British Columbia and Alberta, bringing your new vehicle directly to your doorstep.

Can I return the vehicle if it doesn’t meet the specifications?
If your vehicle doesn’t meet the exact specifications outlined in your sales contract, we’ll gladly take it back at our expense, as required by BC law.
